To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties, please review the following policies regarding photoshoots at our properties.

1. Payment & Booking Confirmation

Full Payment: To confirm a photoshoot booking, the full payment must be completed in advance.
Securing Your Slot: The requested time slot is only reserved and secured once full payment has been received.
Forfeiture of Slot: If payment is not completed in advance, the reserved time slot will be released and made available to other clients.

2. Rescheduling

Photoshoots may be rescheduled without penalty up to 7 days prior to the scheduled start time. Please contact our team to arrange a new date and time.

In the event of rain during a scheduled photoshoot, we provide the following options:
- Complimentary Villa Use: We will offer complimentary use of the villa before your official check-in time or for last-minute use, subject to availability.
- Alternative Locations: Our reservations team will assist in finding other suitable properties for your shoot, depending on availability.

Deposit Requirement: A cash damage deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required on the day of the photoshoot. This must be provided by the client’s representative to our staff upon the team's arrival.
Handover Process: Our staff will issue a Deposit Handover Form detailing the client's name, date, and amount received. This form will be signed by both parties, and a receipt will be provided.
Initial Inspection: We strongly recommend that our management staff and the client’s representative conduct a joint inspection of the villa together before the photoshoot begins to assess its initial condition.

Final Inspection: Immediately following the photoshoot, our staff and the client's representative must conduct a final joint inspection of the property.
If No Damage is Found:
1. Our staff will confirm that the property is in its original condition.
2. The full damage deposit of IDR 1,000,000 will be refunded in cash to the client.
3. The client will sign a Deposit Return Form to confirm they have received the refund.
If Damage is Found:
1. Our staff will immediately document the damage with photos and/or videos and show them to the client’s representative.
2. Management will calculate the cost of repair or replacement based on fair market rates or estimates from trusted vendors.
3. The calculated cost of damages will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded in cash.
5. If the cost of damages exceeds the IDR 1,000,000 deposit, the client is responsible for paying the difference within 24 hours via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
