Once your booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed, even if there are changes in pricing on our website afterward.
Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The Standard Cancellation Policy applies only if no specific cancellation policy is stated on the booking page or voucher.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before Check-In:
You will receive a full refund of the booking amount, excluding the non-refundable service fee.
Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of Check-In:
No refunds will be issued. You will be charged 100% of the booking amount plus the service fee.
